GOAL Collective: Who Are They?
Formerly known as Adult Education Collective Impact (AECI), GOAL Collective is a group of adult education providers collaborating in design and technology to build a central network with shared data and streamlined referrals, to ultimately create a system that will be able to better serve all learners seeking services in Middle Tennessee.
By identifying opportunities, understanding barriers, and making data-informed decisions around future programming and other needs, the GOAL Collective is working to get the right learner in the right seat at the right time.

Ascend Advisors Strategic Plan Process
Ascend Advisors performs its strategic planning process using Appreciative Inquiry as its underlining premise. S.W.O.T. Analysis isn't placid or static, rather, dynamic and evolving. We use P.E.S.T as a complement to ensure relevancy and accuracy.
A benefit to the GOAL Collective is a more accurate and relative input to the strategic planning process and a more comprehensive analysis resulting in a well thought out and actionable output that improves your probability of success.
